Fantastic location for everything

Great location. Right next to the tram stop from the train station and within walking distance of the main shopping district and the Peace Park. Room was small but comfortable for a quick sightseeing trip to Hiroshima. Complimentary pastries and coffee were provided in the morning which was a welcome touch!

Conveniently located between Hiroshima station and the memorial park! Clean room and not too small. Friendly staff and free breakfast pastries in the morning.

Conviently located

Central location made getting to main tourist sights and train station easy on foot or on streetcar. Room was clean, staff very friendly. We got a small breakfast and coffee included which was a bonus as didn't know it was included. Has laundry machine though didn't use as was occupied.

Room on the smaller side but as we expected based on price and photos.

Friendly staff, great location

Very friendly staff. Helped us a lot when we made a mistake. Bathroom was amazing, very good shower and relaxing bath. Room was a good size. Very good location to explore Hiroshima. Close to lots of good resteraunts, short walk to the Atomic bomb memorial Park, close to trams and trains.

Parking was a little out of the way

Great location and overall product, but could use a deep clean

- perfect location in the center of Hiroshima, on a main road, so easy to catch bus or tram - walking distance to shopping as well as castle, atomic bomb museum and parks - comfy bed, pillows and duvet - if they do not clean your room, they will provide towels in a bag on the doorknob - free coffee and breakfast provided in the morning

- general cleanliness of the room and hallway was worse than other Nest Hotels I have stayed at: there were drip markings on one of the walls (resembling coffee or coke spills), there was dust piled up on the curtain railings, the carpet in the room wasn't the cleanest and the carpet in the hallway was plain disgusting with stains everywhere

Great location

The location was perfect, close to all restaurants, and the train line right infront of the hotel. This would have been perfect if the toilet had a lock to it. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Good, but it felt like we were a bit lucky. Others may not be.

Clean rooms, good location, very helpful staff.

Our original booking was for a 4 person room (2 adults and 2 kids). The room we were given would never sleep 4. Thankfully the hotel gave us an extra room for no extra fee. If they had not, we would not have stayed there - I don't know how such a small room was supposed to sleep 4.

Close to sites and great price!

Nice clean and well maintained room. The staff were friendly at check in. Great location, close to all of the sites.

Breakfast is very light on, but always a great option to have when traveling.

Good for a short stay.

Rooms were small but clean & neat. Location was near to night spot street and an upscale departmental store plus bus & tram stops, however not within walking distances to the main tourist attractions of the Atomic Bomb Tower nor the Peace Park. Breakfast area was very small, but was rather sufficient for the crowd at this time of the year which is not a peak holiday season.

Toiletries could have been put into rooms based on number of guests o be expected rather than put at common areas on the Ground Floor (only) for guests to take as they go up to their rooms.

Location. The streetcar (tram) is across the road that can take you to the Atomic Bomb memorial (also within walking distance - about 15mins walk). The same tram station takes you all the way to Mayajima station too. Sogo and few other big shopping malls are within 10-15min walking station.

Great location however not clean for our stay.

1. Location was great. Surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants. This was the best thing as i can go downstairs to a choice of cafes. Spoilt for choice. Also near the main famous shopping strip. You can also leisurely walk all undercover to the Bomb Dome site. Cannot fault the location. 2. Breakfast- this is very simple bread. Better than nothing : ) although better paid choices nearby like 7Eleveb and Donuts. 3. A dining area to eat our takeaways or work on a laptop downstairs. 4. Friendly staff

1. Unfortunately for us, the room was not clean properly. We had hair from previous guest still stuck on bathroom wall and around the bath tub. As well as stained toilet paper roll. This was a really unpleasant start to our stay. The hotel apologised and tried to clean it again however this has already spoilt our experience. They didn't go above and beyond to make up this unpleasant experience. 2. Room was very small for a young family. 3. Laundry level smells and not well maintained. 4. During morning, the cleaner has all the linen sprawled all over the floor as she prepares for next guest. A bit unpleasant to be walking through all the linen like I am in a linen storeroom. First time seeing such a set-up process. 5. The photos shown are stretched so it is a lot smaller than what you see in the pictures.

I wish I was able to stay longer, the hotel was very nice and Hiroshima is a wonderful city!

The room was surprisingly spacious for their size. The hotels location is excellent, most landmarks and restaurants/stores are in walking distance, as well as easy access to the Hiroshima Streetcar Network.

The hallway leading to my room had some stains along the floor, looked as though they've been there for a while, but I imagine they must have taken care of it by now. Otherwise everything else was great!

Great location and value

Great location, central to everything in Hiroshima. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decently spacious, especially for the price. The facilities were modern, and free breakfast was provided each morning.

Some of the facilities weren't maintained as well as they could have been (e.g. paint scratches in the hallway, no cart for housecleaning to put their towels in the hallway, loose plug that dims the lights). The dining area was also very small for the number of people who were eating breakfast.
